Thank you for booking your place on the Farnham RUFC Circus Tour 2020 – Let the show begin!


You will receive an email confirmation of your booking information; please check that it is all correct as your final bill will be based on this. There is a £25/head (not U4) tourist fee which contributes buses and bacon butties.

Tour places sell quickly, and you now need to pay your non-refundable £100 deposit: link on your confirmation email. Your place is not secured without it. Once booked you can request access to our closed Facebook and Instagram pages: search ‘FRUFC Circus Tour 13-15 March 2020’.


We will email you by 6th November with your accommodation and payment schedule.

Please ensure that you now have travel & necessary sports insurance to cover this trip.

Sorry, refunds are not possible if your plans change.


If any of your party has a food allergy that must be accounted for please contact bookings@farnhamcircustour.co.uk direct with details.


We will not pass on your email contact to anyone outside the tour organisers and it will not be passed on to third parties at any time.
